First time ever had water damage due to frozen pipes and high water pressure in my cabin up in Groveland-​bad-​even though water had been turned off and pipes had been drained. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t have believed the damage. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there at time so situation wasn’t remedied immediately. Thank goodness these are the people I called. Chad Crawford-​and Aaron handled everything –came out immediately-​prompt and expert attention-​not only did everything they said had to be done but still cannot get over how neatly and professionally they handled it all. They communicated with my insurance company, did all they needed to do, and partitioned off the areas that had to be worked on so that the sheet rock dust didn’t permeate the rest of the house. Then they also packaged up neatly all the «junk» that had to be removed from the bathroom and moved furniture carefully. They were right on schedule and did such an amazing job handling the mess as well as the paperwork… and communicated the whole way through. I wish all companies-​and particularly home repair people-​could be like this! I highly recommend them-​and would call them in a minute again-​although I hope I never have to!
