Zaxby’s

I love Zaxbys but I will not go back to this location. I got there and there was 1 person in front of me but you could tell they had just had a small rush of orders.
My order was order number 20 and I decided to dine in. I had a Cajun Grilled sandwhich and cheese curds. 17 minutes later I had not receuved my food while every order after me had up until order number 27. Finally I was called. I got my sandwhich and took one bite and it was wrong. It was a plain grilled chicken with ranch and it was cool. Not cold but not hot.
I went ahead and ate it because 1 I had already taken a bite and two I was not going to wait anymore for fast food.
The only positive is their soda machine. I was able to get lime flavored soda water. Next time I will go to bWw

So I’ve been a fan of Zaxby’s since I moved to Athens, GA back in the 90s. Their headquarters are in Athens. Zaxby’s has great chicken fingers and wings. Their salads are really good too. The Jackson location has a manager that is stingy on the fries in kids meals. 12 fries? Really? I’ve never had that experience at other Zaxby’s and I hope the Jackson location can wake up and smell the coffee. I can’t complain otherwise.
