I’m only giving a 1 star because I have to. This was an absolute waste of my time dealing with these people. My fiancé and I have very limited time due to our work schedules and we told the salesperson this before they even ran our credit application. While the processing is going on we told the representative over and over the numbers we were looking at and didn’t want to go over it. The salesman reassured us that «he would take care of us» So we show up Monday evening ready to sign our papers and take our new truck home. As we sat and waited for 20 minutes starting to get a little impatient the salesmen cellphone is going off with the ringtone «everyday I’m Husslin» so just put your self in our shoes and see how uncomfortable we are probably feeling. The guy comes back with a price $ 6000 over than what we discussed and made clear to him that we couldn’t go over. Talk about a big waste of time and very unhappy customers. Even went and talked to the owner and all he could tell me for all my trouble, is to give him a call tomorrow to see what he could do. Are you kidding? You won’t get our business ever again, learn how to treat your customers and never let them leave unsatisfied! I’m in the customer service field and know that your customers are always right! This was total BS!

I was a little skeptical looking at a car at a «buy here, pay here» sort of place, but I was looking for a specific car and they happened to have one at a great price. I spoke with Craig, who was always up front, answered his phone and any questions I might have. I had a trade and my own financing.
I showed up the next day to find the car waiting for me up front, allowed their person to look at my trade, and go over any questions I had. The car was in better shape than I expected for the price. I asked them to give me their best price on the trade and it was more than fair and a little more than other area dealerships offered.
The buying process was easy, relaxed and no pressure to buy anything else. If you need to buy a car, it will always be easier to bring your own financing versus having to work with a dealers.
Really appreciated the service from Craig and those involved with making the deal work. I am very happy with my car a few weeks later.
My wife had some issues with the customer service at the front desk but nothing that would have prevented us from buying the car.

This is a place I would stay away from. They sold a car that was not fit to be on the road nor was it safe. When it was brought to a dealer who specializes in that specific brand of car they asked why it was sold in this condition? Engine was caked in oil and could have caused a car fire. There were rips in a few hoses that should have been easily spotted. Worst thing is these issues were brought up prior to getting the car and completing paperwork. They drafted a fraudulent service report and «tightened» things but didn’t fix anything. I’m curious to see how many other people have been swindled by this establishment. I’d be curious to see if we could start a class action suit against them so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If you have the choice PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
FRAUDULENT ESTABLISHMENT with no regards for customer satisfaction.

I will say that I did not fell pushed into my purchased. I saw a soccer Mom van that I wanted for a new work van and I got a fair deal I think. The salesman Ronnie was not pushy or pressuring at all. If you want it he said he could make it happen. He did and so did I. I now own and new work truck. I will say that this dealership has been around longer then I have and I’m old. but, they are older. They opened in the 40’s. The only thing that I wish could have been better was the time it took to get the van ready. I quick check of fluids and scrub a dubba wash and send me on my way please. I guess I was kind of in a hurry since I had to go back to work. After all it was a spur off the moment thing. We did go look at some cars yesterday and saw this truck. It is nice and clean with not many miles on it. So now I get to remodel it to fit my needs, wants, and desires. Good Job guys.

Just don’t. Seriously, take the bus until you can buy from somewhere else.
