History

Established in 2010.

In 2010 the Husband and Wife law team of Simons & Simons was formed. Jamie Simons combined her knowledge of and experience in Family Law, Divorce and Military Divorce with Mike Simons’ knowledge of Foreclosure, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy Law.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael S.

Business Owner

Michael Simons is the managing partner of Simons & Simons, P.A. He practices in the areas of Foreclosure Defense, Debtor’s Rights and Wills and Trusts. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Coastal Carolina University in 2004. After graduating from CCU, Michael moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he worked for Allstate and GE Business Credit Services.

Michael graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. Michael focused his studies on Wills and Estate Planning, Real Estate and Bankruptcy and he was an intern at a Bankruptcy firm during his final year of schooling. This focus on separate but interrelated areas of law has helped Michael learn and understand the many facets of these complex matters. Understanding the cause and effect relationship these practice areas have on one another is what allows Michael to represent his clients in an efficient and competent manner.
