I tried the new Moroccan Kofta wrap today and it was delicious. Its a warm pressed wrap with fresh crisp veggies and delicious fresh moroccan spiced beef. The veggies were fresh and crisp and delicious the wrap was perfectly balanced too a little crispy a little soft a little savory and hints of sweetness from the pepers. With just the right amount of spice with the added sriacha. This is my go-to truck anytime i can find it! The chef takes so much pride and passion in his food and it really shows. A+++++

This is probably one of the best food trucks that I’ve tried in a while. The concept is simple and the name says it all. Going with the recommendation of the lady in the window to try either their«black and blue» or the«zorba», I went with the Greek grilled chicken wrap, the zorba($ 8). I asked for the lemon vinaigrette on the side and I added garlic parmesan fries($ 4). In five minutes, my dinner was ready. The wrap was excellent! It was stuffed with chicken and because I had the sauce on the side, the wrap held together well and it wasn’t soggy. The fries were tasty, although the garlic Parmesan became a bit overwhelming at one point. For $ 12, I was very pleased with the value. I would definitely try this place again.

You know when food is so good that you don’t even take a photo of it to post here? hahaha. I wasn’t even that hungry but I knew that it would be a while before I ate again. I now have my coworkers climbing the walls for food trucks every day. So after we binged last week on food trucks, we made a vow to do at least 1 a week. We made it to Friday without one and found Wrap It Up Jax up the road from us so off we went. They weren’t busy at all and we placed our orders. I already knew what I wanted from their online menu. A Zorba wrap: grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, red bell peppers, cucumber kalamata olives(quickly becoming my favorite type of olive), feta, and lemon oregano vinaigrette. This wrap was huge. I thought about eating half of it and saving it for later, but then I quickly thought, «NAH, I’m hungry. Bye wrap.» That was perhaps the best wrap I’ve ever had. No problems here folks. I also ordered the Rosemary Parmesan Fries, solely because of the photo on their online menu. Seriously, go look at that photo and tell me those aren’t the best-looking fries you’ve ever seen. I had to have them and it was totally worth the $ 4. You get a good size portion and they were amazalicious. If they are ever in my work area again, I’d definitely get more.

This food truck stopped by my job today and I ordered the Jasmine Wrap. It had gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, spinach & onion. I omitted the tomatoes. Very good and I would eat there again. My wrap was $ 9.

Wrap It Up was at Studio Jear’s most recent 2 hour Zumba jam and it was a great post workout meal! Every item on their menu sounded fantastic but I went with the Julius, basically a Caesar wrap and fries. The wrap was great. Grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and a great dressing. I considered ordering it as a salad for a second(just add $ 1 to any wrap) but after getting mine I was glad I didn’t. The wrap itself was warm and had nice little grill marks and everything. I think they forgot my fries the first time but as soon as I mentioned it I got a nice, fresh order. The fries were crispy but not too crispy, just how I like them. I haven’t seen Wrap It Up out before but I would not hesitate to get food from them again. I really enjoyed my wrap and was intrigued by so many other items on the menu, I’d love to try more.

Excellent! When you typically have food truck food, as you eat it you say to yourself«that’s pretty good for food that came out of a truck». When I had Wrap it Up tonight, I said to myself«that’s a damn fine wrap» and forgot I just bought it from a food truck. Psyched they came to Mandarin this evening, the service was excellent, the menu was long, and the Alladin sandwich was really great. Pucks of Falafel, onion, cucumber, spinach, tzatziki sauce and probably some other items I’m forgetting… pressed to perfection. Other food trucks take notice, this is how you run a successful food truck in Jax!

They say that they have been out for 3 weeks. I have not seen or heard about them till I went to try another new truck. They were right next to each other. This truck offers Meditreen Food and wraps. Everything from stuffed grape leaves and Moroccan mini cigars. Which is some seasoned ground meat wrapped in a phillo dough and fried. On this trip I ordered the Zorba which is a chicken wrap with with romaine, red onions, tomato, feta and cucumbers. All with a dipping sauce of lemon oregano vinaigrette. Which really made the sandwich pop for me. They do have a few other things that I want to try also. So I will hopefully run into them again.
