Seth made our day when he perfectly buffed our car right on the spot to get a tough scratch out. He washed it as well and was so helpful, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be back with any car needs! Highly recommend.

I went to Acme after reading reviews here on Unilocal and even then I was supremely impressed with the repair quote, repair time and customer service. Also as other people have mentioned here, they did clean the interior of my car which was a pleasant surprise.

I heard about Acme thru Unilocal.Saw the great reviews and decided to go there. Took my car in because of hail damage. I had dents all over my car. They did PDR (Paintless Dent Repair). They did an excellent job repairing the dents. The job took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it.

My recent experience with Acme was excellent. Acme was recommended by my insurance company after hail left my car covered in dents. I dropped my car off last Thursday. Even though they were crazy busy due to the number of cars being brought in with the same kind of damage (in addition to their regular business), David and the staff were helpful, considerate and took time to walk me through the repair process. While I was there, they set me up with a rental from Enterprise. The rental arrived in a timely manner, and we were on our way. I received a call on Monday letting me know that the car was ready. Overall, I was impressed with every aspect of the service. The staff was helpful, the process was well explained and the turnaround time was quick. My car looks great. There is no remaining evidence of the dents. In addition to the body work, they detailed the car, inside and out. I highly recommend Acme to anyone looking for auto body work done right.

Completely and highly recommend! I went to Acme for some damage done to the bumper when I was rear-​ended. They were quick, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the repair. They also reached out to my insurance company to advocate for more coverage.
When the paint portion of that repair and peeled, they fixed it right away and at no charge. Now that is top-​quality service. They even cleaned the interior of the car.

These guys were great. Came in to have a bumper worked on and I think they may actually have fixed up other parts of the car as well! Service was terrific and the work looks almost as good.

I was rear ended a little over a month ago, and after jumping through the proverbial insurance company hoops, brought my car there based on Unilocal ratings. I was not disappointed in the least bit. I dropped off my car on Monday in the AM, and it was ready Thursday in the AM. Besides replacing the bumper, they also detailed the interior and exterior, and installed some mudflaps my wife gave me for my birthday at no charge.
At the risk of sounding like I’m developing a man-​crush, they were also fast, courteous, and knowledgeable of the whole process. Even suggested I get a rental since I was going through the other guys insurance. I ended up using my wife’s car, but they thought to at least ask. They care about you and their work, and it shows, This was an amazingly painless and pleasant experience. You will not be disappointed.

It’s crazy to me that these guys have been reviewed less than 20 times, but completely understandable that they’re unanimously 5 stars. This winter, thanks to space saver drama, all four doors of my car got keyed down to the metal in some parts. Acme took me on with limited notice, was friendly and helpful every step of the way and may or may not have repaired some scrapes on my front bumper free of charge.
But here’s what really set them apart for me: adding insult to injury, my rental car’s tail-​light was broken in a parking lot, I brought it back to them, they called around to find the cheapest part and replaced it free of charge.
It’s impressive in this day and age to find a body shop you can trust 100%, but Acme is definitely that place, can’t recommend highly enough.

I just went by Acme and saw David. He was super friendly on the phone and in person. I had a dent on the passenger side of my car and was debating whether or not to bother having it checked out. I swung by Acme today and David got the dent out with a suction device in a matter of seconds — free of charge! It was exactly as other Unilocalers said in terms of service and courtesy! Thanks, David!
While I hope not to need repairs — I will definitely go back to Acme if I do!

I had such a great experience here that I felt compelled to share. I recently came here to have work done after my car was in an accident. They facilitated everything with the insurance company and rental car, and kept me up to date proactively. On top of that, they kept my car covered in the garage during a terrible snow storm, and when I came to pick it up, they noticed my back brake light was out and replaced it on the spot, no charge. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I continue to be impressed by Acme. I’ve had the misfortune of needing their services twice this year. Both times I was able to get in for an estimate quickly and didn’t have to waste time waiting around. Everyone is incredibly nice and I felt confident I was getting a good price. They truly go above and beyond.

I took my Nissan rogue to this place to have work done on my front bumper on a Tuesday I met a young man by the name of Dave who happens to be one of the owners. he told me that if I left my car the next day on Wednesday I can have my car back Thursday evening. He was very friendly, professional, and very attentive and new exactly what he was talking about. Well my car was done that Thursday just like he promise me and WOW what a great job on fixing the bumper and matching the paint. I will recommend ACME to all my families and friends I give them a five star

Just picked up my 2012 Jetta after it side-​swiped a parked Mercedes (thanks honey!!!). 1300 $ damage later… I took my car to ACME. I don’t write reviews… ever. This is my first on Unilocal.I can’t say enough about Seth and David. They run a top notch business. Don’t look elsewhere for body work. Seriously, stop reading reviews and call these guys.
Why? I did not have a rental and they have a rate with enterprise rental who picked me up at the shop and had the paper work done in no time. If a rental is covered by your insurance company this is seamless. If it’s not covered by your insurance company… it’s seamless. They told me the car should take about a week. I was updated during the week that they had the insurance company out to re-​estimate some of the damages and renegotiated a negligible amount to be paid. I did not have to all anyone, sign or contact anyone. This for me is priceless. I don’t want to spend time calling my insurance company etc. The car was also delayed 1 day because of a delayed part and David comped me the extra day on my car rental (I was paying for my own). Now… the most important part. The results are fantastic. The car looks brand new. There where also some scratches and dings that where not part of the original damage which where taken care of! To top it all off when the car was delivered, it was detailed cleaned (inside and out). So… long story short… stop reading other reviews and take your car here. They are a stand up business that do FANTASTIC work and really know how to treat the customer. Stop looking around. Call these guys.

The shop is great! The guys are very friendly and seem honest. They fixed my bumper and made my car look like it never happened. They work together with a car rental place that makes it very convenient. Its very reasonably priced too.

This place is awesome! Unfortunately, the bumper of my car seems to be a magnet for other cars so it seems like I’ve needed to get my bumper replaced at least once a year. The customer service at ACME is phenomenal. They are always so nice and super helpful. They also do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible. There have been times when I just couldn’t get there to pick my car up while they are open and they happily left my car at the tow lot next door for me to pick up at a time that was convenient for me – how great is that! This time, in addition to the damage from getting rear-​ended, I also needed my windshield replaced after a rock on the highway caused some damage. After I filed the claim with my insurance for the windshield, the guys at ACME arranged to have the work done by the glass company while my bumper was being fixed. As an extra added bonus, my car is always super clean when I pick it up. I would recommend them to anyone needing bodywork done on their car.

In 40 years of driving, in 5 different regions of the US, I’ve never had as high a quality of service as this shop provides. Dave was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Over the course of the repair I had a pretty complicated timetable and frequently changing needs — no problem. They managed the rental company, including last-​minute adjustments and rate negotiation. My 2014 Subaru Forester was returned to me in more beautiful condition than when delivered! It even seems to run better, though there was no mechanical damage that I know of. I’ll never go anywhere else for repair and will be recommending ACME to everyone I know.

I had an excellent experience with Dave at Acme. He understands excellent customer service and also the quality of the work was outstanding. He goes the extra mile — from having someone pick you up and take you to a rental car, to interacting with the insurance company to deal with issues on the appraisal. It really was full service. Highly recommend bringing your car here.

I stopped by a few weeks ago to get an estimate on some scrapes/​scratches to the paint on a company vehicle that I was about to turn in. Dave took a look at it and cleaned-​up most of larger paint scratches with just a rag. As it was a lease what was left was so minor he didn’t think it would even be worth repairing. I was so impressed that he got rid of most of the paint scratches at no charge and didn’t try convincing me to get what remained fixed. Turned in the leased vehicle with no issues at all. I will definitely use ACME in JP for any auto body work needed in the future.

I just picked my car up after some minor body work. They did an excellent job of explaining the process, negotiating with insurance to ensure I paid nothing out of pocket, and, most importantly, returned the car looking much better than before the accident. I also loved the online updates and photos they post to let you know where you are in the process.
Overall, a great experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had excellent work done at Acme. John and Linda communicated the process well, dealt expertly with the insurance company of the at-​fault driver that hit my car, and helped me to work with said insurance company to provide a rental car for use during the repairs. The work itself looked great. I have a close friend that does body work on commercial trucks and he said they did an expert job. Highly recommended!
