History
Established in 1998.
Boston Cyberarts was established to run the biennial Boston Cyberarts Festival. There were seven Festivals from 1999 to 2011. THE 2011 Festival attracted 22,000 people and existed at 65 arts organizations, colleges, universities and public spaces presenting work in all artistic media. In 2012 Boston Cyberarts became a full time organization, canceled the Festival and focused on the Gallery, the Art on the Marquee program and the Harbor Island Welcome Center algorithmically programed screens.
