AT&T

Total SCAM ! Absolute FRAUDSTERs. CHEATERS and LIARS. I got a prepaid sim at 104.10 USD. June 19^th 2016 [ later confirmed with AT and T that no store can charge you 104.10 for a simcard,] They activated the sim informing me that it works in USA, Canada and Mexico. As soon as I reach Canada I realize my sim doesnt work in Canada. For 104.10 USD I was put on a 50 USD plan. The guys at the store happily stole my 54.10 USD. A guy named Mason said he will fix the issue or he could give me a full refund when I called the store to inform about the issue. He said he will call back in 10 minutes. He Hasnt called back at all. Infact he has blocked my phone number such that everytime I call it reaches his voicemail. I left several voicemail. Still no luck. I comeback and check on Google and see several Google reviews telling me how they scam all Asian passengers.
To all new travellors, DO NOT Even think about going to this store for a sim card purchase. SCAM and nothing else. Go to any other store outside the airport or get yourselves the simcard available on the vending machines but stay away from them.

This establishment should not exist. An iPhone charger costs $ 43 and the guy trying to sell it behind the counter is a disrespectful prick who watches movies on his phone and pays no attention to any customer. In the scheme of things I hope this establishment closes down.

Don’t go to this store! They charge you activation fees for SIM cards because this is NOT an ATT retail store. Wait till you are in town and find an «authentic «ATT retailer.

Located in the middle of Terminal 4 Arrivals (the side where you enter/​exit the Terminal), this little AT&T store doesn’t offer much in terms of products. I suspect it’s setup as a convenient option for AT&T customers who have an emergency or need something quick.
Not being an AT&T customer, the guy working there was still totally awesome and answered all the questions I had for him regarding what it would take if I wanted to switch or get an iPhone. I was walking by, so I figure why not stop for a couple of minutes and find out. For that alone I give this 3 Stars (since many of you how Carriers can be if you’re not with them and want to know stuff), and an A-​OK. :-)
