These guys are awesome. I had been strung along by the boiler guy from last season, and I was given a referral for Douglas. On our first phone call, he diagnosed the problem with the unit within 5 minutes. It was nowhere near as abstract and severe as the previous guy made it seemed. My boiler just needed it’s annual service. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for service to both my home and my parents’. The communication was excellent, and he also talked me through how to take better care of the unit to get a longer life out of it.
We’ve requested one other service call for a radiator that was making too much noise, and they were also able to identify a small leak that I never even noticed.
The team is thorough, and they care very much about making sure everything works efficiently and safely.
