We’ve got dozens of flavors of cream cheese and a ton of different bagels to try. I’ve been making bagels for over twenty years from a technique I learned from my father. It’s tough, you gotta get up early and you gotta work fast but it’s worth it for the perfect bagel and, I think, I have perfected them. I think my bagels are the perfect NEW YORK experience.
