First off the Unilocal location on the map is incorrect. It is too far south. This location is correctly listed via the map on the main Dunkin Donuts website. It is further north and is directly across from Hoover &84th avenues. It is an important indicator especially when trying to avoid a place which seems to specialize in customer annoyance and abysmal service. I frequented this place on a daily basis and never really deviated my order like most customers. An older east Indian female manager is very friendly and she is consistently familiar with both my order and me as a long term customer. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the most rude and unprofessional employees. An older short, stubby heavy set east Indian woman who is usually on the front cashier. I have observed how this woman does NOT do her job properly with all customers. When she takes any order she is consistently NOT paying attention and has another conversation going on at the same time! In fact, she never understands or gets the order correct and you have to repeat it several times. The most annoying habit and yet this dimwit actually makes it appear like it is your fault and she is annoyed for having to take the order a second or third time. Perhaps if she had any working brain cells or cared enough about her job or the customer, she would pay attention the FIRST time. I have also observed how she is specifically rude to certain people based on demographics and race. She will actually NOT look you in the eye or greet you with any manner of professional courtesy. Yes, it is that obvious. Regardless, this simpleton mixed up my order and gave me two hot coffees instead of my usual two medium coffee with two bagels. The exact price is always the same at $ 9.51 — Hence the two hot coffees and two bagels cost $ 7.36. When I informed her the order was wrong and I wanted what I always order: two ice coffees NOT hot, she asked for an additional $ 3 dollars without even subtracting what was paid and provided me the exact change. This idiot actually rounded out some dollar figure because she was to inconsiderate to correct her mistake in the first place. Perhaps she should have been listening the first time. So in total I gave her $ 10.36 and she was supposed to deduct this from the usual cost of my usual order which I did daily! But no she wanted to argue and dismiss the issue as she was in error. Well it escalated and I got foul with her since this was a matter of principle and not the miniscule dollar amount in question. Bare in mind that in all the months I frequented this place on a daily basis, spending money NOT once did this baboon give me anything free let alone a discount or even if I was a measly penny short, she would decline the sale! Yet, this twisted old miserable twat had the audacity to argue with me and refuse my change. Unreal. I called forth the manger who quickly recognized me and my daily business $$ I provide. She confirmed the sale and what occurred. She correctly acknowledged the error but failed to reprimand this bumbling beast of an employee. She should have fired the dummy or gave her a stern verbal thrashing in front of all the customers who witnessed this embarrassing scene. In the end she refunded me the money, apologized and offered a free donut as consolation. Unfortunately, too late as it did nothing to address the root problem which was this woman’s attitude which I have witnessed over the course of several months. I will NOT be visiting or spending my money in this establishment again. The lack of professionalism and common customer courtesy is enough to dissuade me from ever visiting this location. This woman had tried to rip me off when she made the error and wanted me to pay for it. Not a chance. Not too mention I for one do NOT appreciate the blatant nepotism and racial discriminatory practice that goes on in this location concerning the hiring practice. To very blunt, NOT one employee in countless years has NOT been of east Indian origin. It is no wonder this woman had such blatant disregard for me as a customer which as I have stated is quite obvious when I have observed her with other customers, taking note of the racial disparity and her reaction. It was obvious and very apparent. She has it coming and deserved it. The only regret is that she will continue to work here and her sorry attitude will remain unchanged. I will take my money and business elsewhere. Somewhere where diversity is reflected in the true sense of the word and not the hypocrisy that liberalism in it’s maniacal authoritarian controlling PC manner likes to promote. This place is as far away from America as you can get. Time to move north to greener pastures where English is still the mother tongue. Parsons blvd is essentially Pakistan post CIA drone strikes…

I have nothing negative to say abt this location. I’ve been coming here for years. It just a donut & coffee chain store people! You run in & run outta here! The staff at this present time is nice. Not over killingly friendly, but eager to help you & get you out quick. There drive thru is always flowing w cars. This location is off the Grand Central, near a hospital & a high school, and right on Parsons Blvd– which is always buzzing w traffic. I ordered a vanilla coolatta, not knowing that Vanilla bean coolatta is a different thing. When I received a brown drink instead of white, I made a face & asked why was it brown. They quickly laughed in a nice way, and explained to me the difference. Since they didn’t get angry or make me feel dumb, I kept the drink & decided to give it a try. I thought that was nice. They share a drive thru space w Checkers, but it’s not annoying. They made it work. I like my Double D’s!

Most DD’s I go to in Queens have the same problem… nasty coffee and not so fresh bagels. I tried the Angus Steak and Egg sandwich and it was disgusting. It was a lump of nasty mystery meat with something that resembled an egg all on a stale bagel.

Horrible service ordered 6 cups of ice cream I asked the staff for an extra cup and they would not give it to me unless I purchased another ice cream. Just horrible that shows how much they value their customers. I won’t be back.

WORSTDUNKINDONUTSEVER!!! Stay far far far far away! I actually sent an email to the district franchise manager, who did nothing but make excuses for this place. First off the drive thru service is sloth slow. So sometimes I would go inside to see what the hold up is and the inside service is just as bad. I watch them as THREE people work on ONE drive thru order at a time. Three people working on one order? Then I’ll order a hot or iced coffee and be very clear when I say«light and sweet with milk»…but the three people working on my drive thru order are so concerned with just asking the order and I repeated four times it’s milk. I drive up to the window and can tell the coffee has cream so I ask and they say cream, you wanted cream… seriously, and this happened on more than one occasion! So back to the district manager story… he made excuses for why the service is slow and sucks. I told him they need a leader in that place to organize the chaos with the employees. It’s easy, one person asking orders and money, one person on drinks, two on sandwiches and everything will run smooth… multi tasking guys, not three people on one order. I can’t accept the Fact that the DM couldn’t even see that this place sucks! The only reason they will Stay in business is b/c this is a convenient location, other than that… complete CRAP with incompetent employees!

This place is terrible. The service is ridiculous. Not only is it slow but placing an order is PAINFUL. You say one thing and when they repeat it to you they say something completely different! Then they get frustrated with you for repeating yourself! What?! Trying to customize your order is like pulling teeth. Sometimes even when they do repeat the right order back to you when you get it it’s not what you want. Make sure to check your order before you leave the store.

The people working here aren’t so bright. We order 1 resse’s and 1 snickers below 31 soffserve(like a blizzard from dairy queen) with coupon. The guy asked repeatedly what kind we want, we have to explain that we want 2 different softserve. After they start making they say we don’t have snickers, so I choose another from the menu. Then some lady maybe the manager says we only give oreo or resse’s. Why have a menu with 9 different flavors if you don’t have any of them. Is it because the picture on the coupon shows oreo and reese’s, any way this isn’t the only one in town so don’t go here.

This place should close down. I place an order through the drive thru. The hispanic lady tells me «why don’t you want to try the home fries?» I tell her«no.» So I get the coffee and they put milk in it. What a joke!!! I’m on the atkins diet. When you have milk it takes time for milk to digest. And half and half goes through digestion much faster. For everyone who wants to open a Timothy’s coffee shop or Cosi say«YES»

Why do I bother? This place sucks! You ask for a coffee with crème no sugar and they repeat it and say no crème with sugar. Once you spend 10 minutes fighting with them and they finally understand you, the order is wrong! The Coolata machine is NEVER working right, the service is poor and employees are rude! The coffee tastes burnt and nasty and they never have any of the new advertised items, but their prices are cheaper than the Dunkin down by St. Johns.

I was here yesterday to meet a friend for coffee and an interview of sorts. Since there are no coffee shops or diners in the area, I thought this place would be OK. 1. I didn’t know there was a Subway franchise here as well. Good to know for another time. 2. I got here around 12:45 and my companion for the afternoon was already there seated at one of he empty tables. 3., I went to get some coffee and a snack. There were 2 employees taking orders and they were doing it ever so slowly. 4. I ordered my coffee and a muffin. I wasn’t really hungry but I figured we would be taking up the table for a while so I was just making sure they didn’t tell us to leave. Thankfully no one complained we stayed too long(over 2 hours). 5. The coffee was at least fresh.
