Absolutely horrible customer service. It was national donut day and I heard the cashier asking the girl before me if she wants a free donut and she said yes so I waited for my turn and when i came to the register the guy didn’t ask me this was the second time it happened the same day earlier i was at 179 street and hillside ave location and the lady did the same thing. It clearly said free donut with any coffee purchase so i asked the guy after he made my drink if i get a free donut and he gave me attitude… To all brown cashiers out there who works at dunkin which is 99.4% have some respect to your customers.

Wow. they’ve updated this place and it looks nice and comfy now. The burritos they have there are big and fulfilling. Donuts are fresh. It’s not Starbucks Coffee but it’s great as well. The best thing about this place is that they are open 24hrs.

This is the newer dunkin donuts after they moved from the tight lil corner that was on the same block. its more spacious than previous place they were at. can get crowdd in the morning as people are going to work and the subway station is right there so get ready to expect a line at times. you must tell them if how you want your coffee. you say iced coffee cream sugar they will give you diabetes or something. pounds of sugar hahah. but the staff is nice the food is good as usual. not bad

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 20 yrs. The first half I enjoyed going to Dunkin Donuts as a child. The second half is turning me off from Dunkin Donuts COMPLETELY. I’ve had beverage and food products from the Manhattan, NY locations and they do not disappoint. But I shouldn’t have to travel an hour to the city for my food/beverage order to taste good/be made correctly. Often I’ve opted out to do their surveys, it wasn’t worth it to me, I’d rather not waste my time attending this Dunkin Donuts(or any outside of the city, and how often am I really going to travel to the city for Dunkin Donuts?) because its always an unpleasant experience. Have me buy YOU a Dunkin Donuts beverage and you’ll have a taste of my disappointment. This last visit on 8÷25÷15, was to use a gift card, I was looking forward to having a coolata & my boyfriend a smoothie. I regret it. We should have just gotten donuts. My boyfriends smoothie was watery and sour(still after being remade). Mine had bit of flavor which dissipated into sour water within 20 seconds. We went home, asked my mom her opinion she described the taste the same as ours & unfortunately for her the smoothie sip she took upset her stomach; comparing it to having drank spoiled milk. She was adamant I return and ask what they put in it.(like i said… why bother wasting more time) I watched them make it… they are either holding back on using the right amount of ingredients or they do not know how to make it properly. **This is not my first time where I’ve gotten(literally) CRAPPY beverages from this Dunkin Donuts location… I could go on, but i’ll let my drink offer be the proof. Is it not a waste of resources(time, money, labor, supplies) to have a drink sent back only for it to be remade just as poorly as the first? #mydunkin

My constant struggle with dunkin donuts is just ridiculous. How is it that America runs on dunkin when the quality is such trash. I also don’t know whats up with the service, half the time my order is wrong because the people do not speak english. I’m not at all saying that those that grew up with English as a second language shouldn’t work, but at least know the orders that are being said. Its a huge difference from the Dunkin Donuts in Rhode Island which I have yet to have a problem with.

Very fast service. Quick to take orders. They don’t always make the ice coffee right though. The front seating area is very small and usually very dirty. The garbage can is usually overflowing. They need to spend a little time to clean the area throughout the day.

I had the absolute worst experience here. Just a little background about me, I have worked in customer service for the past 3 years. The customer always gets what they want. That is not the case here especially with one worker who denied to sell me an ice coffee. I went in with my boyfriend and ordered an ice coffee and bacon egg and cheese. After she made my ice coffee I apologized to the cashier and told her that just wanted the ice coffee and to cancel the sandwich. She told me no that i was going to take the sandwich too because the other worker started making it already. I told her I know and i was sorry but i just wanted the coffee and i haven’t paid yet so it should be fine. This woman proceeded to yell at me saying over n over if i don’t take the sandwich i wont get the ice coffee. It was outrageous. I told her forget my order and I walked out. My boyfriend tried to buy an ice coffee but she refused to sell him one as well. I have never been denied service at a cheap food establishment such as Dunkin Donuts, it was pathetic.

Had perhaps the worst iced tea ever here. Stopped in on my way to the subway and ordered a large sweetened peach ice tea. Normally I just drink plain unsweetened tea but I was feeling a bit nauseous and though the sugar would do me good. The first sip was terrible, the employee hadn’t mixed the syrup into the tea so I basically drank a thick mixture of pure sugar and concentrated peach flavor. I mixed it in but it still had an off taste, almost like that of an ash tray. I threw it out at the first garbage can I saw and will now forever know not to order iced tea at Dunkin Donuts. I also grabbed a coconut donut which was fine.

One of the many Dunkin Donuts that surround my neighborhood, I do like visiting this location because the staff are quick and friendly. After only 2 days of visiting, the quick thinking staff were already remembering my regular order. Simple things make me happy :)

This is my Dunkin Donuts. After spending four years around the corner. Every Time I hop on or off the train, this is my first stop for a coffee. The service used to be slow in high school. But ever since they revamped it, it’s super fast! The people behind the counter always nice. Like I say often, if you’re nice to food industry people. We will be nice to you.

Ahh, finally a Dunkin Donuts serving clients without all the acrimonious brush and snub high attitude index! Personally customer service is a strong emphasis where I have a background in the service and hospitality industry it plays an impact on clients’ impression as well as business. This Dunkin Donuts’ service is courteous and efficient for my order. Seating is limited like its entire chain. I was able to ponder for nearly an hour slowly while snail sipping my tea in solitude without interruption until I was ready to conquer what lies ahead. Yet sadly, a public indoor space to ponder for long periods does not exist in this hustle and bustle city of the Big Apple(aside from Central Park but no indoor where winter lingers for most of the year).
