Bad costume service, the female employee need to learn more costume service and how to speak to a customer

Soo far so freakin GREAT! Went in today literally 20 min. Before hitting the gym purchased two pair of the Nike Roshe running shoes. They aren’t really good for flatted footed people like myself but with my new insole it helped wonders I’ll have to thank their employee Cris (without the «H») he was awesome, honest, informative, and friendly me and my boyfriend love these shoes ran 2 miles immediately after leaving the store it felt like I was barefoot running threw cotton lol they’re so light weight they’re barely there. Needless to say this is a good store and I love my shoes

I am long time Foot Locker customer and my wife and I we were both employed by this wonderful company in our youth. We have 6 children and shop at Foot Locker for all there shoes and sporting apparel.
Our visit at to the Foot Locker on Jamaica ave. in queens was the worst experience in over ten years and almost turned me away from Foot Locker as a place to shop.
We tried to apply a coupon to a purchase and the salesman Wilson reacted with the most unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Even after his manager encouraged his to step away he continued to smear and make smart remarks, I’m not sure if this young man knows anything about customer service. His attitude is sure to cost this location business as I know me or my family will never go there again even though its 10 mins away. Unbelievable !!!

Worst footlocker ever. management is wrong. employees have real rude attitudes and always have a smart remark sometimes. And days of important releases, they might just let like 70 people line up and make them wait hours when they only have 15 pairs and waste everybodies time and dont let anybody know. I do not recommend this footlocker at all
