I did drop off service with this laundromat when I return to do my routine rotation to pick up and drop off my bags (2) were no where to be found. The owner/​manager had the worst customer service and was rude and mad… I’m was confused I’m the one who lost over $ 300 worth if clothing. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. It is a shame that people don’t value loyal customer.

It only gets 2 stars because of convenience. THEY NEVER HAVE HOT/​WARM WATER!!! You are wasting your money coming here. The water is ALWAYS cold and if you ask the staff they will always say they don’t know when the water will be fixed. This has been going on over 6 months.
