My first time coming here I had a good experience the lady that sits in the second chair has great customer service and does excellent styling. My second visit horrible. I asked the shampoo lady how Much would my service r she said she dnt know then a lady came out and told a price which was 15 dollars more than before. After the shampoo the same lady that didn’t know the price did my hair smh. She pulled and yanked my hair. Didn’t even put heat protection on my hair or comb my hair out throughly. She used the blow dryer n a little one on my course hair to try to untangle my hair. I will not be coming back n of i do I only would let the lady in the second chair do my hair

So my friend(Trinny) took me here because my hair is very kinky, curly and thick. I usually get it straightened(blown out) wherever because it is such a hassle. Normally I pay up to $ 75 just to get a trim and blow out. There are usually 2 people blowing it out at a time and it takes forever. This was a whole new experience. When I walked in I felt a little out of place being the only caucasian but I did not care! The girls working there were very nice and hospitable. It was like an assembly line, pumping out hair do’s every minute… amazing. You get your hair washed then they put it in curlers and you sit under the dryer for an hour. They blow out your hair when you are finished just to give it the extra long lasting straight power. There is no Flat iron used, and the whole process(except for the 1 hr dryer) was very fast. It was shocking. The curlers really do the trick. That dryer is not fun but worth the end result. Best of all it only cost me $ 35! Unbelieveable. It was a little out of the way for me but for the 1 – 2 x a year I do it, Ill manage!
