I must have been extremely lucky to have avoided the string of unfortunate events that have befell upon this franchise. You see, I was waiting for one of my friends to pick me up so that we could take the bus to visit another friend in Long Island. After what was a seemingly never-​ending 2 hours underground, I was naturally hungry when I re-​emerged above ground. A giant sign with the words, «$ 3 FOR 2,» stuck out like a sore thumb from a window. Although I cannot remember the last time I had McDonald’s, but I’m, with utmost certainty, certainly sure that it was a long, long time ago.
So I walk into the store like I’m some stud (just because) and words seem to naturally roll out from the tip of my tongue as I call out the names of the items that catches my eyes on the $ 3 for 2 section of the broad menu: «…a chicken sandwich, 4-​pc mozzarella cheese sticks…» The transaction was straightforward and took less than 3 minutes. Because I forget that this is McDonalds, and McDonalds serves FAST food, I am amazed by how I received my order almost instantaneously. Wow!
I picked a seat close to the windows where the ad that stood out to me hung. No one bothered me, and it’s not as if I wanted any company so that we could share in this AMAZING experience that I (or me and the accompanying party) was about to undergo. –rolls eyes– Anyways, The food was warm and the quality was subpar, like really old frozen food, which is typical of not just any other McDonalds, but other fast food establishments as well. OH WELLS. It felt weird, yet nice, to once again try out the food that was so popular throughout my childhood.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
There are some pleasant people who work there but many are rude. The line is disorganized and I can never tell where to stand. The employees talk to each other while customers are standing right there and it leads to getting orders wrong. I make an effort to speak clearly but still the same coffee order is constantly mixed up. There are no napkins or straws for the customers so if you don’t happen to get one in your bag… oh well! Am I supposed to use my sleeve?

Probably the worst mcdonalds in queens. Service is poor and food is always cold. The only reason I go here is cause it’s close by. But now I’ll be driving a little further away for better food and service. Staff is always rude and slow. This place needs new management.

One of the worst McDonald experiences I encountered globally. This place does not deserve the name McDonald’s. The food taste not according to protocol, the service staff is really rude, ignorant, unqualified and unorganized. From a business perspective I don’t understand how they can stay open??? The franchise owner has to take a closer look into the operations of this branch.

If I could give a negative star I would. Every since I was child my parents took me to McDonald’s I used to wonder about the McDonald characters well I found out one thing in in particular that McDonald’s is full of clowns hence their spokesperson at least this one you can take you kids to see them for free.
Here’s how the story goes. My brother and I spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon working on my car and we were starving so we ventured out to eat. We had a choice to eat here or Burger King I told my brother lets to Burger King but he opted to go here and since I rarely eat from either restaurant i agreed (as you get older you selection in food change less fast and more real food) and I was hungry.
So upon entering this place was crazy there was no specific line. people after us walked in and were served. So now it’s our turn up at the register. I asked about the Big Mac two for one deal as a combo value meal so the young lady says I can’t have it as a value meal but I can order it separate and order the fries and drinks separately. so I tell her my order and we wait for our food as the food arrives to the counter I notice only 2 Big Macs. I’m really good with arithmetic and I know 2+2 = 4 so where’s the other 2 Big Macs. The young lady realizes she made a mistake and tells her boss and she says I can pick any other sandwich so I pick one so I’m like and the other one for my brother she goes only one. Well left me review two big mac for the price of one and we bought two at the regular price is this coming through clearly to everyone. So the clowns converge says something and they say oh we can’t do that that she refund me about $ 5 still refusing to make good on at least one of the two for one Big Mac deal so technically I got screwed. I was so hungry I took the meal and sat down as my brother and I proceed to eat I notice there were no napkins or straws for the customer so basically you have to ask for this it’s not given to you. Well this McDonald’s got me boiling like a hot pot of tea so I’m call the corporate office and complained so now let see what happens I’m update this as soon as I get word.
Avoid this place like a hot pile of dog mess on the street.
And to think these idiots want minimum wage to go to $ 15 an hour for them.

I remember coming to this specific location as a child to the play place where my cousin was the first birthday party held here. Times really do change! We enjoyed it here as kids but now I’ll never step foot in here! Every morning all the bums are in there taking a shower in the restrooms. Last year there was a child that was sexually abused, the service & quality of food is just poor.

Not much to say your typical fast food, but with really slow service inside and out, also have alot of bums in the dining room which can really detract from your dining experience. Employees very nasty and slow and careless about your order. Unless you have no choice make this McDonalds your last resort.

They never have enough Supplies, everything is always cold.

I came here in a Sunday afternoon with my kid since they have a large play place. This is my first time here. When I went to order the food, first they told me only one register accept credit card, after waiting for few minutes found out none of the register accepts credit card. Luckily I had cash. My kid wanted to play at the play place but manager came in and told its closed. Why would you keep this place open without credit card and play place! I guess owner of this place should have opened up a car dealership instead of McDonalds.

Sometimes I come here to this McDonald’s…the food here is always fresh and the lines go quick…

The service is SO SLOW at this establishment. The employees do not seem like they want to work there and no one smiles at this place! DO NOT go thru the drive thru!!! I always have missing food or wrong order.
