HORRIBLE !! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Absolutely the WORST home care services! It’s true that the staff does not cook, clean and attend to your basics needs. The attendant that served my case was only interested in playing on her cell phone. And GOD FORBID if you ask them to do any work. The attitude and rudeness is beyond belief. Save yourself the aggravation and use another company.

HORRIBLE! They are supposed to provide 4 hours a day of care giving for my 94 year-​old mother, but their staff often does not arrive at all. Today they were to arrive at 1 PM but showed up at 1:30. Some of the staff they have sent do not know how to cook ANYTHING. Plus they send different people every day so these people have to be retrained everyday. We were given an emergency telephone number to call which we’ve tried calling and calling, but no one answers. The director is always out or at meetings and has yet to return any call. Absolutely horrible people to deal with and they get state funding for their services. HORRIBLE!
