I took food from this restaurant for a party of 40 people. Everybody liked their food.

Another Bengali restaurant on Hillside! Why is there no Bengali category for restaurants? I don’t know. This restaurant claims fame to be part of the legacy of the Handi and Candy Restaurant in Chittagong, Bangladesh. But I’ve never been there, so I can’t really compare, but I can compare it to other Bengali restaurants on the block. It tastes about the same. I really like the cut of meat that was used for the beef curry, and it’s not as oily as Dhaka Sweets. As for the biryani, a right amount of peppers that makes it spicy yet tolerable. So this is one of the better restaurants.
