«With the sudden surge of tattoos up-roaring as a fashion trend, few consumers take the time out to think about these life altering modifications before getting under the needle» says Made Rich. This inspiration led to action as he began his «Think Before You Ink» campaign. This idea was finally transcended with the opening of Think Before You Ink”. One of the sole purposes of the shop is to provide quality custom artwork (canvas, tattoos, clothing, events, etc.). T.B.Y.I. Tattoo Studio has a team of cultivated and revolutionary artists. All of the artists of the shop have had their share of adversity in the tattoo industry with 40+ years of combined experience and are ready to make a difference. Time and preparation are essential for choosing the right tattoos because unlike a shirt or any other accessory, there is no return option. Take the time to think before you ink and what better time than now?

Come visit the shop from 12 am-8 pm at 167 – 16 Hillside Ave. 2nd Fl Jamaica Queens, N

Meet the Business Owner

Richard P.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Queens, New York; artist Richard «Maderich» Parker has taken his pen, connected the dots and created life as he sees fit. Graduating from Wagner College with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, the football athlete traded his temporary cleats for permanent ink. For the past 6 years, Made Rich has been perfecting his tattoo craft by creating a style of his own. His bold but minimal line work surrounded by whimsical shading makes his work easily noticeable from anywhere. While developing his craft he has molded his brand, «Think Before You Ink». Progress is the young entrepreneur’s focus and he has built a team around him whose motives are the same.. The first-time tattoo shop owner’s work ethic and creativity has caught the eyes of Urban Ink, The Source, Complex, Afro Punk and has landed him on the roster of Miya Bailey and Artemus Jenkins’ tattoo documentary «Color Outside the Lines» & Inkmaster Season 3.
