If you can grab one from the cart on Monday, it’s literally The Best Thing. The only con is that the waffles themselves are very pricey.

I like waffles. My kids like waffles. Nothing new to add that hasn’t been said time and time again in any review. Service is great and no one can go wrong with any of the selections although the liege is my favorite.

We have a cart on our university campus every Monday. Although lines can get long, the workers move really fast. There are so many selections, from different types of waffles to the types of toppings. It’s a good snack!

Follow them on Twitter or Facebook for their current locations. Sometimes they have trivia for a free dinge which are toppings. Always tastes great. Try their speckuloos spread if you are allergic to nuts.

As I was sitting on campus with my lovely younger cousin I glanced at the Great Lawn covered with college students sprawled out on blankets as if they were at Long Beach. Over the sea of tanners I spotted a large yellow truck with quite the crowd out front. I had missed it every other Monday(I rarely hang on campus anymore). I asked my cousin what it was and he assured me it was heaven in «wafel» form. The lovely weather and my excitement about completing several assignments on time earlier that day led me right to that truck. Complete with the most delightful workers with cute little accents. There was also a photographer taking flix of people with their wafels and dinges. I’ve seen the truck around Manhattan before(Now I know how amazing it is I’ll have to stop by) Now I don’t know wtf a «dinges» is but I can assure you that a De Bom complete with a soft wafel, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and nutella on top is hands down one of the most delicious and amazing things I have ever ate in my life!!! The workers are extremely knowledgeable of the menu and have no problem explaining everything to you and making suggestions. He even suggested we get more toppings since my cousin was already at the unlimited mark. They had plenty of options and a variety of stuff to use as toppings, from strawberries to graham cracker. It cost me 7 $ and I wasn’t disgustingly full. I was perfectly full. Solid but I was still able to walk without feeling like I needed to unbutton my shorts and lay down for an itis nap. The wafel was soft and warm. The scopp of ice cream was deliciously vanilla and didn’t melt too quickly even out in the hot sun. They were generous with the powdered sugar and the nutella as well. It was to die for and I can’t wait until next Monday to return and try something else. I’m keeping a star simply because it’s only on campus on Mondays! That’s not fair! They need a permanent spot on campus. It is that good.
