Used this service 2 years in a row to winterize my hot tub. Both years resulted in damage to hot tub. First season they failed to turn system off so pumps had no water to prime. Result 2 new pumps $ 1,500 Long list of excuses but didn’t take responsibility. Gave them benefit of the doubt. Next season they winterize hot tub but don’t drain the water. Result $ 500 worth of damage. Again, long list of excuses and don’t take responsibility. New spa company insists their explanations are impossible. Proceed at your own risk. Dishonest and unethical.

They didn’t try to upsell me on chemicals for my pool that I don’t need (like the place in Riverhead– they had me adding all sorts of stuff and every week I was back buying more chemicals).
Bud is very helpful, and knowledgeable!
