We offer a full line of baked goods including, but not limited to:
Breads (French, Vienna, White, Whole Wheat & Rye), Cakes and Cupcakes, Over 30 varieties of Cookies, Handmade Puff Pastries and Danish Pastries, Donuts, Brownies, Pies, Hamburger and Hot Dog Rolls, Dinner Rolls, Kummelwick and Kaiser Rolls, Sausage Rolls, Swedish favorites such as Scorpor (Plain and Cinnamon) and Almond Tarts, and even ASPCA certified natural Dog Biscuits.
We bake every Monday through Saturday mornings and we can accommodate most orders placed at least 24 hours in advance. We offer limited delivery services and are willing to talk with you to help determine the best solution for your bakery needs.
History
Established in 1956.
Ecklof Bakery is a Swedish bakery that has been producing the freshest and best tasting baked goods in Jamestown, NY since 1956. Our commitment to quality begins in our bakery where all our products are mixed from scratch and created by the skilled hands of our professional Master Bakers. Our scratch baking methods have been handed down for three generations and are still followed precisely to this day in order to provide our customers with the best tasting baked goods in town!
Ecklof Bakery is owned and operated by Richard and Suzan Ecklof with the help of their son Chad.
In February, 2004 we moved from our original location in the South Side Plaza to our new location 832 Foote Ave., right between AJ’s Texas Hots and The Jamestown Bowling Company. With our move we expanded our storefront and put in a full service deli-style lunch counter where we serve a variety of sandwiches and soups. It’s the perfect place for an afternoon get-together or a morning cup of coffee.
