The principal of the company, Edward A. Wilusz, CFA, ASA, MBA, has over 35 years of business valuation experience. Our analysts include Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs), MBAs, and senior members in the American Society of Appraisers (ASAs). They have lectured on mergers & acquisitions and on business valuation matters on both national and local levels and have testified in numerous state and Federal courts.

Meet the Manager

Susan W.

Manager

Susan Wilusz is the marketing coordinator at Value Management Inc. VMI is a financial consulting firm specializing in valuing businesses, corporate securities, and professional practices. VMI also facilitates mergers and acquisitions. Susan is responsible for the marketing and business development within the firm. This includes working closely with others, overseeing the marketing functions and coordinating speaking engagements. In addition, she oversees the publication of the company newsletter and other corporate communications. Ms. Wilusz graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
