when the water system if functional ‚. and the main line is not full of dead rat’s,.
the electrical supply systems, will be as low as 90 volts.
you will be lucky if your fuel take, has not been drained, by the druggie residents.
who all keep pit bulls, to keep people away from seeing all there drug dealers.
