The drivers here are really friendly
At the first instance they may look like they are rude but after a small talk you will get to know them and I am sure you will have a good laugh along the ride
Tip: use the nextaxi app to book a cab instead of caling the customer service

I’ve always been very impressed each time I’ve used Checker. The drivers I’ve gotten have been courteous and helpful, and my wait time has always been reasonable. The cars were clean and I felt safe and comfortable in the cabs, especially with the addition of the cameras. I would definitely recommend Checker Cab.

Had a bad experience with this cab company. Placed an order for a pick up a week in advance and whoever entered my order for a pick up entered it incorrectly in their system. Found out information the day of pick up when the cab did not show up. They said a person was on their way which never showed up. I almost missed my flight due to this foolish. I had to find an alternate way to the airport. I will not be using there service because their service is not reliable.

Do not use this company. Three times I have used them and twice they have been half an hour late. Today I used them to get from Jeff city to Moex in Columbia. At 8:30 I called to see if they come at 10 to get me. The dispatcher said sure no problem. 10:05 comes around no cab. I call he says a few minutes. Cab finally gets there at 10:30. I miss the 11 bus in Columbia. I’m stuck there for two hours waiting for the next bus. I call checker to complain and the guy is absolutely worthless. Just like his cab company. Do not use this company!
