I’m new to the area and decided to give One Up a try. From the moment I entered, I felt a calming sensation. No wait, friendly staff, very clean facility with nice jazz music playing in the background. They had a great selection of nail polish and there was no strong scent of acrylic or polish filling the air. At the end of my mani/​pedi combo, I was given a nice massage and a business card with my nail technician’s name and date of service. A most pleasant experience indeed. Two thumbs up!

My mani pedi from this place was hands down the best I ever had! As the other reviewer said, the salon is impeccably clean and all tools used are disposable and all pedicure tubs are lined with disposable plastic liners. As for the mani pedi itself, they really took their time to make sure my nails were filed and painted perfectly. The massage for the pedicure was much longer and better than many places which I absolutely loved, and hot rock massages are a part of the basic pedicure! All in all, there was not one negative I could find, it was amazing from start to finish!

So happy this place opened so close to home! Many salons in the area have been disappointing over the years. One Up is extremely clean. There is hand sanitizer at each station. Furthermore, each customer receives disposable sanitized kits and disposable pedicure liner in tub. Even though they were busy, the staff took their time and made you feel welcomed. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely return for my next manicure.
