Dry Pond Towing

Used for uhaul rental as first reservation location had computer issues. Uhaul customer service called me with this location as a back up option. Location was additional 10 miles out from my first reservation location. I was ignored for 7 minutes after walking into their office. Once helped I was provided a good 14′ truck and taken care of timely after aknowleged. Took truck with understanding that it would be returned at my first reservation location (10 miles closer). I later called to ask about additional miles. I needed 10 more. They said I’m glad you called because I need for you to return the truck to this location. They advised I could have the additional 10 miles at no charge if I brought the truck back to them. I agreed, they ended up charging me for the additional 10 miles after all. Danny was not very pleasant to work with but April was. Overall, a less than pleasing experience. I found the business short on integrity.
