First off, this is probably the best place to buy reasonably priced and great quality appliances. In November of 2015 our dishwasher took a dump on us and we were searching all the big box stores for appliances. We decided to stop by the old small town appliance store, and did we walk out with big smiles on our faces. We got a great deal (much better than any of the big box stores) and the best customer service anyone could ask for when buying appliances. They gave a lot of insight and knowledge on appliances. Lifetime customer is right here!

Whether it is for service or purchase the crew at Felton’s takes excellent care of their customers! I work hard to keep my purchases for myself and my clients to local venders when possible. Felton Electric Inc. has taken care of my family and my clients for over 30 years! If you are looking for a great service department or new appliances, Felton Electric is the place to go!

This place has great service. We went in to buy a dishwasher because it was no longer getting our dishes clean. The guy that helped us informed us that the government passed legislature to eliminate all phosphates from the detergents and that it is most likely not our dishwasher that was the issue.
They passed on the one time sale and gained a customer for life. They have come out to service our Washer and Dryer several times. They even did a free follow up when the issue wasn’t resolved within 30 days of their last visit.
Give these guys a try for purchases and service.
