It was reasonably appealing, although the rest room could have used some care, rather than the expensive design. I’m sure some group was congratulating themselves when the rest area was opened with the modern design elements. Does it really need to be much more than cost effective when taxpayer money is involved?

Prettiest little rest area I ever did see! Clean as a whistle inside and out. Lovely little wooded walking trail(.25 mi.) with two pedestrian bridges. Backs up to farm land. There are numerous picnic tables, an area for dogs on leashes, well-stocked food and beverage(and stuffed animal) vending machines. Restrooms are equipped for the disabled. This is a nice place to take a refreshing break.
