I am in the business of finding distressed property due to the condition of the property or the homeowner/owners are in a distressed situation and need to sell an unwanted property. This could be because of the loss of income, unwanted inheritance, health, tired of being a landlord or relocating to another location for work. Your property needs and must be sold, NOW.
My job is to find you a buyer who will close in 7 to 10 days and accept the property with no contingencies and no inspections, as seen, as is, where is.
So…This is a win /win situation.
The Seller gets rid of a property fast without painting, fixing, cleaning or repairing, nothing. No worrying about any inspections, plumbing, electric or structural. There will not be any Realtors fees and maybe not even any closing cost to the Seller.

I have worked for Land Surveyors as a draftsman for about 10 year when I was young. In 2001 I went to work offshore on boats, first for Tidewater Marine on Tug Boats, then for Superior Energy on Liftboats. Then in 2011 I stopped working offshore with Hornbeck after almost 10 years. BP had an oil spill and offshore work got scarce due to the moratorium and decided to change careers, so I now work with adults with disabilities. However, I love Real Estate and I need to make more money for my retirement and be able to take care of my family and spend more time with my grandchildren.
