I went there today to have my pocketwatch regulated and the owner was so friendly and nice to talk with. We chatted about where I went to school and high school too. He runs a very nice shop that’s very conveniently located since it’s on my way to and from college in worcester. Bob was able to fix my watch running 6 minutes fast for free since I only paid $ 13 for it. He has a lot of pocket watches for sale on the wall. I love this jewelry store and will go back there in the future to have all my watches fixed. If recommend this jeweler to anyone.

Bob and his wife were a joy to work with. My mom has been a loyal customer of their jewelry shop for 20 years so I came to them when I wanted to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring for our anniversary.
The ring they custom made is gorgeous and was an excellent value. Also, the work was done ahead of schedule. Bob even followed up with a professional appraisal for my insurance company.
I highly recommend Jefferson Square!
