This 1920’s building has been renovated into an Olde World feel with warmth and charm, a wine bar on one side and dinner seating with a stage on the other for Live Music and Movies to enjoy with your dinner. Finally found a steak in this area that was the temp I ordered! 6 oz filet with sautéed mushrooms. The steak was perfectly cooked and as tender as it should be. Mushrooms were very good, a tad bit overly garlic (and I like garlic) but not overly salty, which many restaurants do. The wine I had was amazing. A house red. So good! Service was cheerful and accomodating. One man guitar player was perfect for the venue. Only one complaint. And I have found this alot in NE Texas. Upcharges. I don’t get it. How expensive could a couple of tbl. Of sour cream be? For me, it cheapens the experience. That’s the only reason, however, I gave this place a 4 star review instead of 5. This restaurant rocks and, I’m very excited to bring my hubs here.

Good food, excellent selection of beer and wine! The musicians were excellent, great fit for the venue! Would like for the service to be a little more prompt. Had to wait on drinks. Other than that, I would recommend this place either to eat, or for drinks and music.

lovely little place! Great wine and beer selection. We had some appetizers which were great, but didn’t have a full meal. All of the staff were really really nice and we felt like we were at a friend’s house. Would return for sure and try a full meal next time.
Update: returned and ordered a full meal. We ordered a steak and added bbq shrimp and had potato and salads. All very tasty. The steak was a bit too marbled for my taste, but husband enjoyed it. Pecan pie was also good. We would stop by this place anytime we were in town.
