Originally licensed as a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson in 1994, Kim Billington brings over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise to each and every client she represents. With a reputation in all her endeavors for placing clients’ needs, goals and objectives at the forefront, Kim Billington provides communication, negotiation and management skills in combination with in-​depth knowledge of the Jackson and Hall County area’s neighborhoods and real estate market. Kim and Right Move Realty specialize in the sale and purchase of homes, farms and estates in Jefferson, Braselton, Commerce, Hoschton, Flowery Branch, Oakwood and the Greater Gainesville and Greater Athens areas.

Kim has a diverse professional background, but her roots have always been in Real Estate. The housing industry was a family affair growing up. At age 12, you could find Kim «learning the ropes» every day, after school, at the residential construction company owned by her parents. Diligence, perseverance, determination, hard work and integrity were attributes the experience instilled that still drive and guide the way she operates her life and her business today.

In 2015, Kim Billington joined Keller Williams Lanier Partners in Gainesville, Georgia and founded Right Move Realty in Jefferson, after extensive research of leading Real Estate Companies in the Atlanta area. Kim was looking for a company that shared the values she lives by daily in both her personal and business life.
