I love doing business with NuYale. Every visit is enjoyable as the staff has earn high honors in hospitality. Awesome job on my military press shirts, and just an all around Superfantastic experience!

I am VERY impressed at the remarkable customer service Nu Yale offers. I was in the Louisville from out of town and discovered the jacket my husband had planned to wear to an event was stained. Misguidedly, I took the jacket to the processing plant where they normally never take in garments. A kind worker directed me to the plant manager, Kevin Bean, who took in the garment (although processing was finished for the day) and said it would be cleaned and delivered to the Nu Yale location closest to where we were staying. Bt 10 am the next morning, we had a call saying that the jacket was there. Kudos to Kevin Bean and Nu Yale cleaners!
