History
Established in 2015.
My family and I have talked about opening a Turkish Restaurant for years. Throughout business school, most of my projects were based on the chance that I would start operating a Turkish Restaurant one day. However, restaurant business is very risky and requires high investment. Thus, I thought starting a food truck operation serving a few of main dishes may help me measure the demand for the Cuisine in the area before I take the next step and open a brick and mortar restaurant. Zoom Zoom Yum will be around to introduce Turkish Cuisine to people in Louisville and Indiana and to receive feedback from our customers.

I am a 35 year-old mother of two little boys. I have a full time job. Although I don’t really have much free time, I could not resist the passion for entrepreneurship when an opportunity arose for a food truck operation. With my family’s help and support, I hope to introduce the Turkish Cuisine to the people of Louisville and IN.
