Phase 2 Investment Advisers, LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser firm in the State of Michigan. We specialize in helping families and organizations define the next goal in life, we call it their «Phase 2». From this definition, our clients learn about the various ways they can reach this «Phase 2» and get advice along the way from our representatives.

History

Established in 2008.

Phase 2 Investment Advisers, LLC (Phase2IA) is a company founded after great contemplation and planning. Born out of the real need for a comprehensive firm, Phase2IA focuses on educating and advising families and organizations on the issues that surround their lives through the filter of what we call our «Four Foundations».

By helping families and organizations understand how much their Legal, Tax, Risk and Financial lives are intertwined, Phase2IA representatives are in the best position to identify critical gaps in current planning. After identifying these gaps, Phase2IA is better able to help clients avoid crisis situations when something traumatic happens.

Phase2IA is an active member of the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM), the National Ethics Association and the Lakeshore Elder Alliance. These memberships allow Phase2IA representatives to develop relationships with other ethical professionals to best serve all Phase2IA clients.

Business Owner

Jeff is founder and President of Phase 2 Investment Advisers, LLC (Phase2IA). The Four Foundation approach to comprehensive planning through Phase2IA was developed by Jeff through dealing with his own family and friends in crisis. Ask him about families in turmoil and you’ll probably get stories relating his personal trials and tribulations, as well as those of close family friends.

Jeff graduated from Grand Valley State University with two Bachelor of Science degrees. He entered the financial services industry in 2002 with a national planning and brokerage firm, transitioning through a regional firm before starting Phase2IA in 2008. Jeff has continued his industry education through a variety of continuing education courses as well as through the Certified Financial Educator program through the Heartland Institute of Financial Education. His continued education and designation is a reason that Jeff emphasizes education as a base before decisions are made to transition any prior plans.
