History

Established in 2013.

Design Imaging Group was a pioneer and a nationally recognized leader in the landscape design imaging software industry. They worked for years with landscape designers, pool contractors, and home builders to produce DesignWare. The last version DesignWare 3.3 for the professional landscape and DesignWare for pools 4 was used by schools, manufacturers of building products, and state associations. DesignWare was customized for the California Landscape Contractors Association called Better Than A Thousand Words. After a long run, Design Imaging Group has retired.

DesignWare clients can use GreenScapes as a replacement, without having to learn a new landscape design program!

Landscape Design Imaging Software, Inc. is looking forward to taking you from DesignWare to GreenScapes, but please understand we do not have the capability of registering or unlocking the old DesignWare program for you. Design Imaging Group has retired and the unlock system is no longer functional.

Landscape Design Imaging Software, Inc. Owner /​Developer Michele Donnelly. Many of you may know Michele from the many years of being part of the sales team at Design Imaging Group. She headed up the Pool Division, selling DesignWare for Pools, Splash and Quote. She personally attended many of the landscape and pool shows to demonstrate the software programs and some of you probably met her yourself. She entered the landscape and pool industry as a partner in a company based out of Long Island, NY that built full backyard packages, from the pool to the landscaping, she has been involved in every aspect of the industry.
