Any promised completion date will never happen. The owners are habitual liars that are incapable of actually doing the work that they were payed for but will continuously ask for more money. Would never recommend them and trust nothing that comes out of their mouths.

Signature building systems is a great company. They have built beautiful homes throughout the last twenty years on Long Island? They have never built a home for the person posting negative garbage. Long Island modular homes builds over twenty homes a year using Signature Building Systems. please come visit the plant or our local builders to see the great work, homes and services we provide

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! They not only hurt my family financially but John is one of the most unprofessional individuals! Their business is a scam even look them up on BBB and ripoffreport they have tons of bad press about them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The house was defective and worst experience of my life!!!
