I am always surprised when I hear that people do not know the existence of «Specialty Portable X-​Ray». Such a valuable service should be more well-​known. Having to care for a 100 year-​old mother, I am more than familiar with SPX-Ray’s services. I can just imagine how difficult it must be for a patient and their caregiver to have to struggle to bring their loved-​ones to a hospital or medical facility for x-​rays if they are needed. Believe me, I’ve been there! A now retired family physician first recommended SPX-​Ray when it was thought that my mom may have had a fracture, (his specialty at the time was centered on at-​home care services). A professional x-​ray technician arrived at our apartment along with a large portable x-​ray machine. A series of prescribed x-​rays were taken, then sent automatically by internet to a radiologist for analysis. Within a short period of time, our physician knew the results of the photos taken. To say I was impressed was, indeed, an understatement. Since then, I have always used this professional service and have recommended it to many of my friends, as well as medical professionals, and co-​workers. The staff at SPX-​Ray are caring, compassionate, and attentive. The service will come to most areas of the city, as well as Long Island, and they work on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done without SPX-​Ray. They are lifesavers, Bravo!
