Booked a car for 4am pickup to Newark Airport. Called 5 days before to make reservation. 4am Saturday morning came round and no car showed. Tried calling them but after a few rings went to voicemail. Terrible customer service and if it wasnt for Über coming to the rescue we would have missed our flight. DO NOT USE!!!
