I met Dr. Ottley at @Jersey City Medical Center, a few weeks ago in the emergency room, where I had gone, in terrible pain. He was warm, caring, and respectful, and answered my questions honestly. It took a few weeks to navigate the new paperwork waters, I had recently entered– and as soon as all was in order, I was ready for my hernia procedure.
Thoroughly professional-​with a great, easy smileI felt completely taken care of by not only him, but the team he worked with– and Grace, his assistance.
Today, I had the follow up appointment, and it just reconfirmed my original thoughts.
