Really easy to work with. They helped get my speeding ticket get dismissed! I avoided a lot of points from that one. I recommended them to my brother too who had a poor driving record and they were able to save him from suspension and just have him pay a fine. First and foremost, I’ll start off by stating that I will not be disclosing any details related to my case for obvious reason. Rather that the focus of my comments are driven by the level of attention the Bhatt Law Group offered and delivered on my behalf successfully.
Upon the need of personally requiring legal representation, I was approached by many different law firms that serve the greater New Jersey & New York area; I took the time to interview most of them (in depth) to see which firm would be able to assist me from a cost perspective and an outcome perspective. I even received highly recommended referrals from friends and family! The obvious choice for me and best fitting was the Bhatt Law Group as I was hearing everything that I was looking for in a law firm when it came to interviewing them for my case.
Their front of the house operations is «Outstanding», led by Agnes Velasquez. No matter how many questions I has she was always ready and available to answer my calls and questions. Her professionalism and knowledge was very much appreciated and at no moment did I ever feel as if I was just «another number»! (Thanks Agnes!)
The level of severity of my case was truly stressful, not only for me but for my entire family; was taking a toll on me and my loved ones. It showed this was baring heavy on all of us! However, Paul Koutouzakis, Esq. was truly AMAZING! His attention to detail and his experience made my outcome extremely positive! We started the case early this year and it recently concluded — but at «NO» time during the process did I feel as if I was not being defended appropriately. On the contrary, we went to court numerous times and Paul was always there leading the way. Very professional staff, some of the sharpest lawyers in New Jersey work here. I got Paul Koutouzakis on retainer. Best traffic lawyer around Jersey City. He got all my charges dismissed in an eye blink. I was afraid that I was going to loose my license for good two years (yep, that’s how many tickets I had in one day). I still have my license, plus no fines, and of course no points.

I was stopped in union city a few ago for supposedly «running» a red light in bumper to bumper traffic on bergenline ave. I began to receive letters for lawyers at my home in case I wanted to use I guess to help me avoid points on my license. I called 3 prior to calling Bhatt and all basically tried to get me become a client by promising no points. 1 tried to charge me as much as $ 700 the lowest was $ 350. I called Bhatt and basically expected the same but instead my phone call was answered by a very well spoken lady named Samera (I hope I spelled it right). Samera was kind enough to explain to me the way the point system worked since I’m a New York licensed driver and stopped in jersey how it wouldn’t affect my insurance and she didn’t want to take my money ($ 250) since it was not necessary. We spoke for a bit and she advised me on what I can do and if I felt I still needed legal representation to call back. I’m not great at writing reviews but if you need legal rep in jersey don’t call no one else but Bhatt and ask to speak to Samera she is genuinely a nice person and explains everything very well. She even said to me that I put on smile on her face by calling I mean really ?! These type of people no longer exist. Samera if you read this thank you again!

Terrible experience, bad lawyers. Hired them for traffic violation ticket, Mr. Brown showed late for court date and did absolutely nothing. Very unprofessional, no law skills whatsoever. I would have been better off by myself and $ 300 richer.
