City Life Church serves as not only a facility for church services on Sunday, but as an active community center with robust arts programming. This former art gallery space is being utilized to showcase area artists on a rotating monthly basis, as well as a function hall for private events. They regularly host a community arts program called «Arts Beats» which encourages people to come out and paint and listen to live music. Their services are held every Sunday at 10am.
I have not partook in their religious services, but have attended a number of their art shows over the last few months. The staff is very friendly, and happy to collaborate on arts programming.
I love that they are bringing more art to the Powerhouse Arts District!
