The employees working at this Dunkin are very rude. I went in there and was unsure of what I wanted. I was the only person in there and was feeling rushed, As if the person at the register had more Important things to do than to take my order. Then when I asked for a specific donut she kept grabbing the wrong one. I said the name of the donut 3 times and pointed and still the employee didn’t get it right. Maybe they were having an off day or were under staffed. Who knows. The food is always fresh and have never had a problem otherwise. Don’t forget it’s pumpkin season. Get your pumpkin lattes!

Loyal DD fan and this location is always empty(that’s a PLUS!!)… Last chance for coffee before you hit the tunnel to the city or the pulaski skyway. . Service is OK. Coffee is good but when you have to stay on top of the workers to make sure they make it how you like… Dont know how you can mess up light and sweet but it happens so its no biggie. Still good location, good parking and fast as long as you dont want food with the coffee…

4 stars for the location along. I’m a loyal DD fan. Always was & always will be. That being said, this particular one is at the intersection of Manhattan Ave & Tonnelle Ave. It is your standard DD that’s open 24/7,but has no drive thru.
It has ample parking, considering it is Jersey City(that is a rare thing in this area). This one is usually pretty empty whenever I stop in, whether it’s in the morning or after work & need a little caffeine push. It has 4 tables inside if you choose it dine in. The staff is always very friendly & the product is fresh. All in all, if your a fan of DD like I am it’s worth a stop before getting on the Pulaski Skyway or even the NJ turnpike. I’ve been here enough, actually thought I reviewed this one already.:)Drive safe and Happy holidays to all.
