Executive Luxury Maids

So I decided to treat myself at my husband’s suggestion. Our schedules are crazy and with two kids it’s hard to keep up with the house sometimes. After having this service, I think my husband made a terrible mistake! Not only am I questioning how I EVER got along without a cleaning service, but Ms. Loyda ‘s caliber of work is at such a high standard that I am certain no other company will do! I intend fully to continue to employ her services, even if we need to cut corners in our budget to make it work. Being able to have a few extra free hours to be with the kids instead of frantically cleaning is priceless. Besides, she did a way better job than I usually do! Thanks ELM !

I read the other reviews and had the exact opposite experience. I was shocked at the lack of cleaning that actually got done! Only one person showed up, two hours late, and while the bathroom was being «cleaned» a pipe «burst» and flooded the downstairs bathroom. This was so distracting that no one was able to stop and notice that nothing had been swept, vacumned or dusted, the house was actually messier than before and that the bed was «made» with the new sheets ON TOP of the old sheets and the pillowcases shoved under the bed! My child could have done a better job. I was very disappointed and when I called back I was told she would come back the next night to redo everything, which happened to be Christmas Eve so clearly that wasn’t an option. I was offered a plumber recommendation to help with the pipe! UGH what a scam. I have double the work to undo what was done and have to pay for plumbing! I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service and I should have listened to my instinct.

These guys saved my butt out of some big time cleaning fees. I made the mistake of agreeing to set up housing arrangements for out-​of-​town clients. Needless to say these morons trashed the place. Nothing was broken but without getting into specific details — the place looked like the lounge in my freshman dorm after rush week. Thing of it is that this was a really nice waterfront place in Edgewater. I do shoots in the landlord’s other spaces. So it wasn’t so much the cleaning fee, it’d was potentially being banned. They came in and restored the place to the way it was before these PacNW slobs got there. Great job. Highly recommend. Hopefully you don’t have to utilize them they way I did.
