Went in for our first car purchase. John Bayani made the process so easy. He was personable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and helped us out from the beginning to the end of the purchase. Thank you John! The rest of the staff was also great.

First time I came here. My car metal key struck in in the slot. I can turnoff the engine but unable to pullout the key. So early morning I went there. First they said it gonna charge $ 160 for just key removal. If it brokes then it gonna be $ 240. I don’t have option at that time and I said ok. After they are done they charged me $ 260 and they tried to scare me that my gear box not working and to replace that they asked me near to $ 800. I said no just do the key thing and give me. After I came out everything is good. But the thing is like they tried to scare me and charge more. But just to remove the key charging $ 260 is bullshit. I will never ever recommend HUDSON NISSAN

I have been there 4 time in 2015 for oil changes with my service contract. ALL 4 (scheduled) oil changes took between 2 – 4 hours! After the second time I complained to service manager. Third time I complained to GM who promised to make things better to me and four other people with CRAZY wait times. Four time again was two hours! I’m going to Springfield store so I can get my service oil changes done. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!

Wasted almost 2 hours of my time to basically call me a liar about the deal I was offered at another dealership. Will never go back.

Horrible service. Went in for diagnostic left with a huge bill without signing off for any service. These guys are crooks.

Worst dealership ever, because I wasnt ready to buy they would not let me test drive the new maxima in the lot. The guy was rude and id give this place a flag zero if I could. Typical dealership.

Worst service !!! I went for a car service on a saturday and dropped my car at 10:00 am — the supervisor told me that the car will be ready in 2 hours. I said i’ll wait but thought it might make sense to go home and come back for pick up. I spoke to the same supervisor and he said i’ll call u in 2 hours and I also asked for a quote which he said he’ll call me in a few and let me know the quote. It was 3:00 pm and there was no call and they close at 5:00 pm. I called the office and no one was helpful — directed my call to the supervisor and he never picked up and left 3 voicemails. Ended up reaching to the center at 4:00 pm and supervisor said «It just got ready». Its a lie.

I have had horrible service with this dealership’s service division. Update: Steve, the service manager has called me and we have come to a satisfactory resolution for my issue! Thanks much for going above and beyond to resolve this!

My car purchase was flawless from the beginning. I worked with Jeremiah who knew what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle. He was very nice and did a great job. I went in with a approved loan but Khurram helped me get an even better deal with better coverage all for the price I wanted. I don’t have the best credit but these guys helped me drive away in an awesome vehicle. You can’t go wrong with Jeremiah and Khurram. Thanks!

I was helped by Durgesh. I told him that I wanted a Nissan Murano, because I have been searching everywhere for the right one. They have a 2011 model ready I took it for a ride it was beautiful and it drove great. But because my finances I was not able to get the car. So they wanted to show me two cars a 2012 rouge and a 2012 pathfinder. I told him NO I don’t want any other car but the Murano I wanted. They called me the next day and told me they have a 2012 Murano to come in and see it. Went in that afternoon the wait was a bit of a long wait because he had another client. Long story short they work it out for me to drive home with my dream car. I recommend If your looking for a car to come here I had such a great experience. Will come again to get the floor model.

Got our second car from Hudson Nissan, a lease. We’ve been to a number of other dealerships, including other Nissan places. Frankly, this place rocks! Our deal in 2013 and this one was exactly what we wanted.
Highly recommend this dealership! Probably the best dealership in the area!!!
Unlike other places, you see the cars first, pick the one you like (if any) and only then get into paperwork.
Check their online deals!!! Thats how we got our current lease. They are pretty straight forward about the numbers and worked with us to meet our monthly payment limit.

Just picked up my new Nissan Altima SV from Jon Bayani and the guys at Nissan. The car buying experience was painless and quick. My car dealer was actually really great. I believe his name was Alex. The best thing about this dealership and is the only reason why I am kindly giving 2. It’s not his fault and he was a rockstar!!! Helped me find the car I wanted and the price I was all set.
Unfortunately after we agreed on an amount the «fees» brought me up to an additional $ 20 a month for a lease after I explained my cap. Thanks to the sale guy backing me up and me having to walk out the dealership I got my car so I was super happy and left to it politics. I got my price and my car so I was a happy camper.
At 2,500 miles my brand new Nissan Juke broke down on the road (wouldn’t even start!!!). Ok fine it happens (I guess???). But 2 months later I still don’t have my car. I have to deal with a loner Rouge which ok is not bad but my Juke was fully loaded and I haven’t seen it in forever. Instead of offering me something to compensate I’m just being told I have to be patient while the part comes in. Never heard of this sort of experience from a BRAND NEW CAR! I hate giving negative reviews but I’m just so very frustrated.
***UPDATE ¹⁄₁₃: General Manager, Paul Randazzo personally gave me a call after finding out my situation and saved the day. I go to pick up my car today. They even through in a perk to make things right. The consideration and compassion is greatly appreciated. Changing my 2 to a 4. Feeling more at ease that my concerns mattered to him. He made me feel like a person, not just another $.

BEWARE!!! I went into Hudson Nissan today to purchase a used car they had advertised on their website, a 2004 Honda Odyssey stock # B044429A VIN # 5FNRL18794B044429. The price on the site was $ 6250.00. After a few rounds of back and forth we agreed on $ 5800.00. When the salesperson came back with a list of «additional» fees. Above and beyond the sales tax and DMV fees there was another $ 395 fee they claim are the «document fee». I asked what this was and they said, «Everyone pays that». I asked what it was for and they said motor vehicle documents. When I pointed out there was a $ 195 DMV fee they said well this is for producing our documents. It certainly seems they were trying to get back the few hundred dollars we negotiated. I told the salesman that I wanted him to tell his manager that I did not want to pay that and after a few more back and forths the manager, Ali comes out and says they can no longer retail the vehicle and after speaking to the mechanic they would have to wholesale it because there are a lot of mechanical problems with it. Now I have no idea what all that means but he said there were major problems with the car and they didn’t feel comfortable selling it to me. So I what they’ll sell it «wholesale» to some other dealer so they can sell it to someone else??? I explained to Ali that I looked at the CARFAX and the vehicle was properly maintained and had no issues but he insisted the car had serious problems. I wonder how many other cars they have on the lot with «a lot of mechanical problems».I’m still not sure what the hell went on here but there was certainly some sort of discrimination going on.

I spoke with their general manager, he assured me the warranty mistake was a one time thing and he will personally send any used car to the shop for me before I come in and let me know of the warranty status and wear and tear.

Had to pick up my friends car walked into the service department 3 customer service guys sitting there looking at there computer screens not one picked up there head and ask if I could be helped. Not till I started to express my disgust of being ignored
did one of them finally help.
Don’t know why people take this from service people.

Made an appointment after getting an oil change at pep boys and they weren’t able to turn my light off. Woke up on a Saturday morning, drove to Jersey city, only to find out there was a 2 hour wait, even if you have an appointment. I was disappointed and also irritated that I wasted precious hours on a Saturday to not even get my issue resolved. Will not be going back.

I’ve automatically assumed that any high rating for a car dealership was fake and done by a staff member.
Well, my rating is legit. I cannot speak for the other sales people but JAvier is a great dude. I felt that he had my back during the entire process. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me ample time to make a decision. I never felt rushed or pressures.
Car dealerships suck. Perhaps someone else will have a bad experience with Hudson Nissan but they were good to me.
