The receptionist could not be more rude. Makes you feel unwanted. The place is a mess and extremely dirty. Do. Not go here.

Had a 10:15am to do a quick wellness exam for my insurance. Waited over an hour to be called in and then another hour waiting around to go into a room. All together over 2 hours for a 5 minute thing I had an appointment for! Just all together a horrible place.

This place has steadily gotten worse. Making online appointments are useless since they’ll take 1^st come 1^st serve & they’re always running late. Best bet is to come early (preferably before 8am) Place is dirty & it seems everyone waiting is sick. If you don’t have a disease before, you’ll probably get one now.

What a disgusting place! Receptionist is so rude! I’ve heard terrible things about this Labcorp but unfortunately I had no option when the place was assigned to me by my new employer. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. Shame on you Labcorp for not keeping high standards. You are not offering blood tests for free, people are paying for it, at least have the decency to do it well.

Once I got in, they asked me to sign my name in. I did, and they asked me to wait till they call my name… they made me wait for more than 2 hours.
They should take appointments instead of wasting our time.
Not felt like coming again

Entrance wasn’t too hard to find after reading previous reviews. The lady at the front desk seemed friendly enough. The staff, however, seemed more preoccupied with their personal gossip than actually servicing the patients there. Having made an appointment beforehand, I was sent into a room promptly at 10:00. However, after 15 minutes passed, I had to come out and ask if anyone was going to come in. This was also after a family went into another room and were treated before me. I was basically shushed because of their conversation and was told «I will be in soon.» I even had to ask if I was done because the person who eventually came in didn’t have the manners to simply tell me I was finished. Will not come back here again.

Location is clean, staff is friendly and appointment times are kept. Despite the address, the entrance is east on North St. between Central and Cambridge. Ample parking in the neighborhood but mind the parking signs.

my nephew was there today and it was horrible my 3 month old nephew has a brusie its swollen and purple and when u try callin all u get is a crap answering machine. some dam service

This place was so hard to find. i had to drive around a few times before noticing the entrance is actually on a side street and NOT the main road. Once I was inside though everything went smoothly. I HATE needles but the nurse there was fantastic. The place looked out of date but was very clean and efficient. Don’t be afraid to stop by here when you need to, if you can find it.
