I’ve never written off anyone’s name to be placed on the «worst» category. But after my experience at Dr Masson’s clinic, I can only say it was so. I don’t know why I didn’t look for an alternative doctor this whole time. She treats her staff poorly, often bossing/​yelling out to look for them, and has zero bedside manners.
See, given the 2 – 3 hour wait time I had (and mind you, this is after coming off from a 16-​hr flight, jetlagged, and direct from Asia), I wouldn’t have mind if the doctor was at least a bit nice and willing to listen to my concerns. Problem was, she was none of it. Only one of her staff was sympathetic enough.
And as for her observation, well as a woman, it was the most painful and appalling experience I’ve ever had… Overall, I can only wish that she would improve in treating the people around her better. There’s a reason why doctors stay in the medical field and oftentimes that reason goes far beyond the cash/​pay. Hopefully she’ll realize that despite of her accolades it’s true Doctor-​Patient Care that holds weight and value.

Even if you take an appointment, you will have to wait for 2 hours after your appointment. Then the nurses will see you. You will have to wait again for some more time and then the doctor will see you. I don’t have any good or bad comments for the doctor, but the overall service is so pathetic! Had to go there 3 – 4 times and every time the same experience. I have decided not to go there EVER, no matter what.
Some more negative points —
1. They don’t accept card payments.
2. They don’t have a dropbox for checks.
3. They are open ONLY Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
4. The receptionist gave me wrong information about the payments on my medical plan. And so I have to physically go there before 6pm to pay the remaining amount and collect the receipt.
Worst service ever!
PLEASE do NOT go here. Go to some better clinic/​doctor and save your time.

One of the worst clinic i ever been to in my life. Very untidy. Lacks bedside manners, and takes time in ridiculing one’s religious practices instead of treatment plus boasting about status and accomplishment. 100% agree with other reviews here! Plus there is a huge wait time.

One of the rudest and saddest people on this earth. They have no manners at all. There is no point in making an appointments, because you wait there for at least 2 hours minimum regardless of appt. one day we were there for 5 hours until we got to see the doctor. Bottom line just stay away and do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
