Dr Musha is the best doctor in JC however his staff is the most unprofessional staff in all of JC. They are rude (keep you on hold for 15 mins or more) and answer the phone with an attitude. They are extremely ghetto! Their conversations in front of patients is mortifying. Did I mention the wait time to see Dr Musha? It is usually between 1 ½ to 2 hrs. Good luck!!!

Pros: Dr. Musha is very knowledgeable, compassionate, easy to talk to, kind and informative.
Cons: Wait time is usually long with odd office hours, staff is slow and unprofessional, office is small and there is no parking in the area.
Regardless, he’s helped me over the years and I love the care he takes for me and his other patients… I won’t go anywhere else and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go anywhere else either.

I still continue to be a patient since I feel confident with the doctors diagnosis and medications. the last 1 year experience with the billing department and staff at the office has just deteriorated. Me and my husband have spent hours calling them from our workplace… we have been out on hold endlessly… assured they will call back or look into it which never happened. I do have a good insurance and really dont face a hurdle with my appointment at other doctors.

Please Ladies: wipe down equipment before use (blood and residue is not cleaned after each patient), bring condom (covers are not replaced with gloves and are not individually wrapped), beware of the metal duck lips (not being cleaned properly) and expect to wait for at least an hour.
The positives: he has bedside manner, is a smart man, accepts Medicaid, and low cost IVF.

BEST DOCTOR IN JERSEY CITY… His care is like no other!.. Id rather wait an hour for him then a half hour for a mediocre doctor!.. He is also an amazing infertility doctor… Luv him!

Good doctor but super duper slow service. I wait 1.30 hour to get the referral letter for my friend even he called her to come pick up the letter before. And u know what! I didn’t get anything, the doctor said that he want to see my friend and talk to her. So why did u tell her that I could come to pick it up. Waste my time there for nothing!
