Someone called me the morning of my appointment to take care of my insurance, which I thought was very nice and helpful. The person who called was incredibly friendly and apologized for bothering me (probably because I’d already received two confirmation calls in one week!). When I arrived, I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room before my appointment. The assistant who took my x-​rays was very friendly. Dr. Kim provided my cleaning, and I think he did a thorough (but fast) job. He was willing to answer questions I had about my treatment.

I had a cleaning with Dr. Kim… very gentle but thorough. I felt extremely comfortable and this is coming from a person that usually dreads the dentist. I will be going to him from now on. Great doc!
